About Me

I live in the extreme Northeastern corner of Oklahoma, in the heart of Cherokee country. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration on International Business. I am currently employed by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

I am the mother of three gorgeous people--one beautiful young woman who majored in theatrics at Southeastern University in Durant, OK and two rambunctious young men.

I am currently unmarried as the love of my life left us in 2015. However, God has always taken care of me and brought me to a man that words cannot describe how I feel about and am so thankful for.

I found I had a flare for writing when people in college began asking me for my published work. Even so, I did not start writing full-time until after the death of my father in 2009.

Now, I write books hoping they will be read by people who feel they have no way out of a hopeless situation but will realize everything happens for a reason.

My personal mantra was first stated by Mary Crowley, the founder of Home Interior's and Gifts. She believed, and so do I, that you should view the world as if everyone has a sign on themselves stating 'please, someone make me feel special.' Whether old, young, well off or poor, all of us have insecurities, all of us have strong points. All of us are still people.
